Study.Net FAQ

Study.Net FAQ What is Study.Net? Study.Net is an online service for accessing your course material electronically. You can access courses
What is the difference between Study.Net and WebCafe? Many of your course readings are copyrighted. Due to copyright laws, these materials cannot be posted on WebCafe. Material available on Web Cafe will not be available for hard copy from Wharton Reprographics. I've never used Study.Net before. How do I register? If you are a Wharton student, you are already registered for Study.Net! Simply follow the link to Study.Net on the right side of your SPIKE homepage. When you login for the first time, you will be prompted to change your Study.Net password. This password, along with your Wharton email, will only be required when you login to Study.Net independently (not through SPIKE or WebCafe). How do I add my courses?
How do I know when an online course is ready on Study.Net? If you are enrolled in a course that is available on Study.Net you will receive an email from Study.Net with instructions on how to access your course material. What happens if I drop a course? Because Study.net handles all payments, you must send an email to customerservice@study.net to receive a refund for a dropped course. Refunds are given for online access charges only; all sales are final on Hard Copy material. Why can't I just come to Wharton Reprographics to get a Hard Copy of my course material?
I've added my courses, but I went to Wharton Reprographics and there’s no Hard Copy there
What if I want to print on my own? When you print from a campus computer, make sure you select the "StudyNet" print queue in the print dialog box. All print jobs in this queue are sent to high-capacity Xerox printers located in the Huntsman Hall computer labs (Room F75, 375, and 380) as well as outside Wharton Reprographics. How much does printing cost? Printing costs on the high-capacity Xerox printers are 7 cents per single-sided sheet and 10 cents per double-sided sheet. Duplex printing is set on all printers. My account was charged for a job that never printed. How do I get my money back? Your printing credits are managed by Wharton Computing. Please contact support@wharton.upenn.edu. You will receive a prompt response to advise you further. Please review the University copyright policies: |
