Wharton Reprographics FAQ How quickly can I have my project printed and delivered? Depending on the complexity of your order, we can usually deliver copy work within 24 hours. If you have a special circumstance or a custom order, please email all requests to repro-service@wharton.upenn.edu and we’ll be happy to help. Offset printing and graphic design usually takes longer; however, arrangements can be made for an copy or printing emergency situation in order to meet your deadline. What about pricing? The pricing for any printing requests vary accordingly. Please contact us with your thoughts and your project specifications before placing your order. Please keep in mind, Wharton Reprographics can accommodate all your needs for design, digital color printing and digital black/white copying. What is an e-Card? e-Cards is an online method for Wharton students to order Wharton Academic Cards, that mimic standard business cards, but academic cards are for students affiliated with the Wharton School. How much does it cost to order student academic cards? The standard order for Wharton Academic Cards is $35 for 250 cards. First year full-time MBA students get their first order free. Why does it say "you are not authorized to use this application" when I log in? e-Cards order site is only accessible to current full-time Wharton students. I prefer an alternate way of spelling my name. Is it OK? Yes, if you need your last name changed on your cards, send an email to epacksadmin@wharton.upenn.edu with the change, and we will make sure the change appears on your completed cards. Can I add an unlisted graduate degree or dual degree to my card? All approved graduate degrees and dual degrees appear on the e-Card website. If the degree you're looking for does not appear on the list, a request can be sent to the MBA Program Office (mbaprogram@wharton.upenn.edu) to have it approved and added to the website. Can I choose a different style? No, all Wharton Academic Cards are designed to meet the guidelines set by Wharton Publications Office. Can you print double sided? No, all Wharton Academic Cards are printed one-sided only. OK, I ordered my cards online. What happens next? You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. The order will then be processed by Wharton Reprographics. When the order is ready to be picked up, an e-mail will be sent to you. Where and when can I pick up my cards? Academic Card orders are ready in 6 business days. An e-mail will be sent when the cards are ready for pick-up. The pick-up location is Wharton Reprographics, Suite 400, Steinberg Hall-Dietrich Hall. Can you mail my cards to an off-campus address? If you are unable to pick up your cards and have left campus--yes we can mail your cards, a mailing cost will be added to the total cost of the cards. Your cards will be mailed to the address provided when payment, in the form of a check or a money order, is received. How can I submit an electronic file? The easiest way to submit a file is to go directly to our online ordering system, "e-Print" https://eprint.wharton.upenn.edu. e-Print will provide you with an online proof instantly and a friendly customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order was received. What about Custom Magnets, Full Color Posters, Catalogs, Pocket folders, Brochures and Newsletters? Wharton Reprographics has the new Xerox iGen3 Digital Press. This Digital wonder prints in full color and at 110 pages per minute! The Xerox iGen3 can accommodate all color printing jobs up to 20" x 14" we can even print full color bleeds!
